This policy explains what Pine Window Cleaning LLC ("Pine," "we," "us") collects through this referral site, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers refer.pinewindows.com and the referral program it supports.

What we collect

• Information you give us. When you request a quote we collect your name, service address, phone number, email address, the service you're interested in, and any notes you add.
• Referral information. If you arrived through a referral link, we record which customer's referral code you used so we can apply your credit and their reward.
• Account information. If you sign in to a referral dashboard, we use your email address to send a sign-in link.
• Basic technical information. Standard web server logs, including IP address and browser type.

We do not collect payment card details on this site.

How we use it

• To contact you about the service you requested and to schedule and perform work.
• To apply referral credits and to calculate and fulfill referral rewards.
• To send you service-related messages about your job, quote, or referral status.
• To operate and secure the site.

Text messages

If you check the consent box when submitting the quote form, you agree that Pine may contact you by phone call and text message (SMS) at the number you provided, including messages sent using automated technology. These messages relate to your quote, scheduled service, and referral activity.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out of further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the address below.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used only by Pine to contact you as described above.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for them to perform that work:

• Our scheduling and customer management system, for booking and job records.
• Our messaging and email providers, to deliver texts and emails to you.
• Our internal records system, to track referral status and rewards.

We may also disclose information where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

What a referrer can see

If you were referred, the person who referred you can see that a referral of theirs reached the booked or completed stage, and the first name of the person referred. They do not see your address, phone number, email address, or what you paid.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as needed to run the business and meet legal and tax obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing info@pinewindows.com. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.

Terms

These terms apply to the Pine Window Cleaning LLC referral program and to your use of refer.pinewindows.com.

The offer

• A new customer who books through a valid referral link receives a $50 credit applied to their first completed service.
• The credit applies to one service per household and cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so in writing.
• The credit has no cash value and is applied at invoicing, not paid out.
• The referred person must be a new customer at a service address Pine has not previously serviced.

The reward

• The referring customer chooses one reward per completed referral: $50 cash, a free screen cleaning add-on, or a $50 donation to a cause of their choosing.
• A reward is earned when the referred customer's first service is completed and paid. Cancelled, unpaid, or refunded jobs do not earn a reward.
• We aim to fulfill rewards within 14 days of the qualifying job being paid.
• Rewards are not transferable and have no cash value except where the cash option is chosen.
• Self-referrals, referrals between people at the same service address, and referrals of existing customers do not qualify.

Text messaging

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Pine as described in our Privacy Policy. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Fair use

Referral links are for personal use with people you know. Posting links to coupon sites, paid advertising, spam, or bulk unsolicited messaging is not permitted. We may void rewards and disable a code obtained through those methods.

Changes and ending the program

We may change or end the referral program at any time. Referrals already submitted before a change will be honored under the terms in effect when they were submitted.

Service terms

The referral program does not change the terms of the cleaning services themselves, which are covered by the estimate and service agreement you receive from us.
